My Fat Cried Big Alligator Tears

  I feel like these weeks fly by. I'm not complaining since its so hot & humid in Florida. I'm ready for "winter" to arrive now. Yes I just said that. Once again its time for some Happies & Crappies!

This past week has been so much better than last week.

 

Happies

Seeing BSB in concert at the last minute with some girls I was BFFs with in high school

 

Getting to leave work early every day this week since I'm not allowed OT on the weekend I work.

 

Having Monday off for Labor Day! Woot Woot

 

I get to meet my moms cousin for the first time ever this weekend.

 

I finally made it to the gym and had an amazing cardio workout.

I can't remember the last time I allowed my sweat to cry. It's been way too long and my body knows it. I did rock an awesome top knot.

{I just noticed how awful my roots are}

 

 

 

 

I caught a douchebag checking himself out at the gym while he was on the stair master.

Made me crack up.

 

& I witnessed a beautiful sunset

 

 

 

 

Crappies

I work for 5 hours on Saturday then my weekend can start.

 

 

So that's how my week has been.

• I don't understand how 4 lanes of traffic can be backed up with no accident

• I hate trying on clothes
• I always wear the most uncomfortable sandals/flats/heels
• I need a pedicure
• my sister & I are 15 months apart

Why Do Men Cheat?



That's a question most women want to know.

Its not uncommon these days to hear of a friend's spouse having an affair.

Growing up I never heard of the word divorce.

It just wasn't in my vocabulary and I didn't have too many friends whose parents were divorced.

Now years later we hear it everyday.

People just don't stay together anymore.

Whether divorce is because of a cheating spouse, abusive relationship, etc

it could help you in your life.

 

Recently I've heard from two different friends about their cheating spouses.

My heart hurts for them.

I just don't understand why men cheat. Not just men but women too.
Maybe their spouses want the excitement of a new relationship?
Maybe she let herself go?
 Maybe money is an issue?
Maybe they married too young?
Who knows.
But it seems like every time I turn on the news another famous person has had an affair.
People we admire because of all the fame and fortune they have.
Or we see Miley humping a married man during a performance.
That's just sickening.
& I just read that Robin Thicke's wife wasn't even upset over that performance.
Seriously? How can you allow that to happen?
If your husband went to the grocery store by himself would you allow another woman to hump him in the aisle?
Heck no.
So why allow it on national tv?

There's so many ways these days to cheat.
Our phones are always glued to our hands.
Texting is easy.
Deleting said text is even easier.
But guess what? Those texts are recoverable!
Emailing, porn sites, any social media.
Commercials, movies, radio ads.
It's all there. Its tempting.
But why risk a relationship something you've loved for a long time for a little bit of excitement.
Why risk your job if it's someone at work.
Why hurt your family because you wanted sex with someone other than your spouse.

These past few years I've been so scared of marriage.
I watched both my brothers and my sister go through a divorce because their spouses had an affair.
My heart breaks everyday to hear this.
To watch kids being tossed back & forth between parents.

If you notice your spouse acting differently talk about it.
Stop everything that's going on in your busy life to go on a date.
Enjoy each other.
Remember why you fell in love in the first place.
But heaven forbid don't have an affair.
If you're not happy in your marriage then try to work on it.
Don't just give up.
If you're in an abusive relationship get out of that immediately.
Before its too late.

I pray everyday for my future husband.
I pray that I never have to experience an abusive relationship again.
I pray that I never have to get divorced because of an affair.

As long as you love me...

Yesterday my sweet neighbor asked me if I was going to the Backstreet Boys concert & since money has been limited lately I was unable to afford it.

So she graciously gave me her ticket.

I met up with the 4 other girls for a fun GNO.

Its so funny that 14 years ago we were the teeny boppers being dropped off in front of the arena by our parents. Now 2 of us have babies, 1 is expecting and I'm still loving my life with J.

Yes the girl I'm standing next to is 20 weeks pregnant.

She looks absolutely amazing and pregnancy makes her even more beautiful!

 DJ Pauly D opened up for BSB & yes I had no idea who he was.

I knew I heard of him before from Jersey Shore from I has no clue he was now a DJ.

 

Then is became quite and as soon as the lights went out I was taken back to my youth.

I couldn't help but laugh and watch all the other ladies my age freak out when BSB hit the stage.

Another weekend has come & gone.

Why do they fly by?

Seriously it was just Saturday.

 

 

A busy weekend at that.

We didn't get to tailgate because we thought it was going to storm on us.

But we ended up walking around the stadium and my feet were punished with 2 big blisters on my pinky toes.

Justin's performance was absolutely amazing.

I got chills seeing NSYNC back on stage together.

I really hope they do a reunion tour as I'm sure most of us girls who were reliving their youth are.

 

Because I know we all want to see this again!

Remember last week during happies & crappies  I mentioned about my car needed new front tires?

Well this week on top of needing new tires my car battery decided to go to battery heaven!

WHY!!!

I honestly hate being a responsible adult.

I'd really like to go back to the days where my parents bought me things I "needed", put a roof over my head, free internet & cable, made me dinner & washed my clothes.

We all wanted life to pass us by in school & now we're all complaining about adult things!

I know I'm not the only one mad about growing up.

I worked out one day this week. That's a good start. Don't judge me.

 

I was able to play with Haley & Ryne a bit this week while my sister was out of town for business.

There's nothing sweeter than R saying "hold you hold you" all while hugging my neck as tight as he can. Then asking me if he can sit in my lap while I ate my dinner.

 

Enjoying time alone on my front stoop with D-man! Sometimes he just needs to get away from the other two dogs.

 

 

I became "techy" long enough to make my own button! -------->

Crappies

Besides my battery dying I was also stranded at work all day. With no lunch.

I've had the privilege to take Jackson's 2nd birthday pictures this past weekend.

After many stabs with his foam sword, watching balloons drift into the sky, fighting the humidity and beating the rain I'd say this was a very successful photo session.

My gel nail kit arrived! I'm officially obsessed with gel nails.
If you're one to bite your nails then you NEED this kit!

I wasn't crazy for the Raspberry Wine color that it came with so I just painted my nails clear.
I'm going on 6 days and my nails look like this!

The picture doesn't do it justice but the shine looks like the nails were just done in the salon!

Holy smokes Thursday.

How'd you sneak up so fast?

I'm not complaining since this weekend will be filled with thunderstorms.

That just means I'll be relaxing ALL.WEEKEND.LONG catching up on my shows.

 

Today I want to talk about one of my worst nightmares.

Granted it could've been a lot worse.

Luckily for me it wasn't that bad.

But someone somehow got a hold of my credit card number and went on a shopping spree.

To walmart.com at that.

I received an email from said credit card company asking me to call their fraud department.

I was simply asked if I went online shopping yesterday morning on walmart.com .

Not me.

If I'm going shopping it'll be to Target, KLR, H&M, Forever 21 not to Walmart!

I wish I knew where the package was being sent to.

At least the town.

Thieves are now sending packages to vacant houses & when they see the delivery guy drop the package they collect the stolen goods and go on about their day.

 

 

 

My situation could've been worse like my entire identity stolen but it wasn't.

 

All I'm saying is be aware of your surroundings.

Keep your wallet tight.

Always check your bank/credit card accounts.
