I had my follow up appointment this morning.
I walked in not really thinking I'd actually get my results but in the back of my head I was thinking "holy smokes if I get my results & they are life changing I'm here alone..."
My doctor walked in & gave me the best news ever!

So apparently it was a noncancerous tumor called Schwannoma which my case is different. Its derived from the cells of the myelin sheath that surrounds many nerve cells. But in my case the doctor didn't see any nerves or nerve tissue when he was operating on me.
They can recur so I'm scheduled for a 3 month follow up in August.
I absolutely love that my brother makes light of everything that happens in life! He had me rolling this morning once I sent out a mass text to my family!
*after reading more in depth of what Schwannomatosis is it is a tumor*
Thank you to all of you for the prayers, sweet emails, texts, comments & phone calls during this crazy time in my life!
