Operation Lets Get Skinny

 

Everyone could use a little motivation right?

If you're looking to lose 5, 10, 20 or even 50 pounds having someone to keep you accountable is needed. Luckily for me my best girl friends have been helping me lose those extra pounds that aren't wanted. Now that most people have failed with their New Years Resolution and getting out of the gym I'm heading in.

Hence Operation Lets Get Skinny was born.

Working out makes me feel so much better about myself. Last night I was walking at an incline on the treadmill & I honestly felt like I was 10 lbs lighter.

If you've been reading a while you'll remember when I lost 23 pounds if not go look at those results. This time around I'm working out, losing the lbs & keeping them off!

Last night was the 3rd day in the gym and I'm already feeling it.

  3. That's great that you have a best friend to do it with you. Right now I'm doing it alone mostly, with other people jumping in with me occasionally when they can. But I would love for us to be motivator buddies!! Good luck on your operation get skinny - I know we can do this!

  4. Having someone to keep you accountable definitely helps A LOT! I was much better about going to the gym on a regular basis last year when I had my BFF Chelsea as my workout buddy. I could definitely use another person to help keep me accountable and on my game!
