Step Up 5k

I'm just getting around to blogging about my 5k.

Let me start by saying it was the most unorganized event I've probably ever been to.

The 5k was supposed to start at 10.

No portable bathrooms anywhere in a 100 foot radius.

They didn't line us up until 10:10 to the correct minute/mile you run.

I had to use the bathroom so bad considering I was a nervous wreck & didn't know what I was getting myself into.

I almost hid in the bushes but didn't.

I was finally running at 10:15ish and finished in 47:29. I even stopped at a bathroom for a pee break!

My lips were completely dry & I was literally dying of thirst when I got to the 1.5 mile marker but the water station was bone dry.

Why wouldn't they have enough water for everyone.

I wasn't in the back of the pack either. There was plenty of people behind me. 5000 people ran this race.

I'm super excited about my next 5k.

Tomorrow is my first 5k.

I have no idea what to think.

I'm super excited and nervous at the same time.

I should be in bed sleeping since I'm getting up extra early just to make sure I get a shirt!

The only thing I'll have a problem with tomorrow is breathing.

I'm going to find someone who runs as slow as me and stay near them for motivation!

I'm off to bed!

I lost to....

The treadmill! Yes, you read that right! I was just getting into my run when I came down on my right ankle wrong, hit the belt with my left knee and tried to crawl my way back up to standing position. Who knew trying to crawl up a belt going 4.3 mph couldn't happen!? For me is was impossible. I finally quit trying to get back up while the treadmill was running and let myself hit the wall behind me.

I just knew the whole gym was staring at me by this point but as I sat on the wall taking my shoe off { by the way don't ever take your shoe off if you think you broke your foot} I looked around to see only one girl across the aisle ask me "are you ok? Do you need the first aid kit?" my reposnse," no i'm fine thanks

***under breath I think I need a stretcher!!!!***

I can't remember the last time I skinned my knee!

I was actually working out with a sweet friend/blogger {Rachel} when the incident took place. She was oblivious to what just happened when she saw me sitting on the wall. All I could say was, " can you turn my treadmill off."

I was able to get back up to finish my workout! I will say I have never seen anyone fall off a treadmill like I did. It's definitely something you'd see in a movie!

Thank God the group of guys behind me running didn't show up until after my fall.

Today, my knee and ankle is sore but nothing is holding me back from running/working out!

My first 5k {step it up} is this Saturday.

I also just registered for The Gate River Run 5k March 10.

Whats a post without Dodger! No he isn't spoiled one bit! What makes you think that?

Who doesn't love Channing Tatum & Rachel McAdams? I cannot wait for Valentine's Day. Who all is going to see this on opening night? What better day for a movie like this to come out on.

I want to find a love like this. I know God has the perfect man picked out for me. One who's loyal, honest, adventurists, compassionate, easy going, loving, understanding, communicates, trust worthy, willing, supportive, humorous, etc. is that too much to ask for? I sure hope not!

Running over the Intercoastal

Friday after work my manager, coordinator and myself decided to tackle the Beach Blvd bridge over the Intercoastal. I'll just start by saying that was probably the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. No joke you guys! This bridge is so steep! Its half a mile one way then half coming back. i ended up jogging up half the bridge then walked to stretch my leg muscles, ran down walked half... you get the picture. I ended up conquering that bridge in 15:48 which isn't too far off from my normal mile. I will say that my quads were throbbing. I seriously thought I was not going to be able to walk the next day. I could barely drive home, made it in the bath to relax those muscles and on the couch I went.

This morning when I woke up I was ready to run again. I have no idea what has gotten into me but I love running. Why i've never ran before beats me but I'm so proud of myself for how far I've come. Only 2 weeks left before my big 5k so pray that I can do this.

Another mile in the books

Thursday night was my first time with my personal trainer {neighbor/best friend} since starting to work out again. I worked out my arms, did planks and ran 1.3 miles. I seriously thought I was going to pass out on the treadmill. Lucky for me the people who work at the gym saw my need for scissors so I could cut my sleeves off my shirt. Why I wore a huge shirt to run in & not be able to keep the sleeves rolled up is beyond me. I'm sure people thought I was crazy having the girl cut my sleeves off but it was for their own good or mine to say the least. After that huge ordeal I was ready to run another mile. No kidding. I suffered from 4-8 minutes then once I got over that hump it was like a gold mine from there.

Working out is not a pretty site. I'm talking about red face, sweat rolling down your face, hair soaked, etc. Have I mentioned since I started watching what I'm eating and working out I've lost 3 pounds. Now that's what I'm talking about.

I hope I start to motivate a few of you!

I ran 1 mile without stopping tonight! Grant it I ran 4 mph but I did it in 14:56 ! That's day 4 you guys! Who needs this Couch to 5k app when I'm doing it on my own. I know I'll probably be extremely sore tomorrow considering my quads are killing me now but I'm ok with that. I do need to figure out the best shoes to get. I run flat footed and at half a mile I could feel pins in my arches. Any suggestions about shoes!

I'm on the way to a 5k. Sorry I'm talking about this so much but this is my life and my blog. I hope I can motivate others to get out and run! It's seriously a high. I feel so proud of myself for what I've accomplished so far.

I have a confession to make!

I've gained all my weight back that I lost last spring! Shocker? Not for me. In the midst of working out I met a guy, C, pretty much quit working out although we rekindled at the gym. I went to high school with C except he graduated 2 years before me. I ended up losing 23 pounds, was able to fit into my bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding in June then started to notice I was gaining those pounds back. So now I'm back to square one and needing to lose weight because y'all my SISTER IS GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!

She got engaged on thanksgiving and I couldn't be more ecstatic for her, H & R!!! She's getting married in May 2012 and once again I need to get skinny before her big day!

I started working out again but not only just trying to lose weight. I want to run a 5k!!! My neighbor/best friend {a girl can never have too many BFFs} runs 5k and 10k races almost every other weekend. Y'all remember Amber right? She was working out with me the first time to lose all her baby weight. Let me tell you.... She is hot! I'm not kidding either. Every time I see her I think that I should/would've looked like that if I just kept going to the gym. But no I was dumb, found a guy I was interested in and gave up the gym along with the healthy lifestyle I was living.

This past Sunday I started running in my neighbor to train for this 5k I already registered myself to run on February 4. I ran/walked 1.17 miles in 17:36 minutes. To me thats not bad considering I HATE running! I can't figure out how to breath and run at the same! Then I get aggravated about being breathless and stop running. I'm determined to run the entire 5k no matter what. If it takes me and hour to run it I'll take it! But Tuesday night I went running with Dodger and ran further without stopping to walk than the first night plus I ran a mile faster! Who cares if Dodger was pulling me the entire time at least I kept running!

So here's to getting skinny before May and running my first 5k in less than 3 weeks and counting!

Meet Dodger & Oakley

Meet Oakley! He's our 17 week old DSH {Domestic Short Haired} kitten that I completely fell in love with when I first saw him and I'm normally not a cat person. He loves to cuddle, hug, wait for me at the door, play & is always happy.

Meet Dodger! He's our 12 week old {lab/blue healer mix} puppy that has also stolen a piece of my heart. He loves Oakley, playing, chasing after me, leaves, running through my bushes, going under my back deck, sleeping at my head & waking me up around 5 every morning.

Meet Mr. & Mrs. Watters! I was able to capture this amazing couple's big day this past weekend. I just met this couple a few months ago when A was hosting a girls night out at her house. From the day I met Jamie I was super excited about her upcoming wedding. When her original photographer fell threw she put all her trust in me to capture her big day. I couldn't have been more blessed to have such a sweet bride. I love everything about shooting weddings and I hope to book more in the future. Jamie and Luke we're made for each other. The moment you meet them you'll see that for yourself. The wedding took place at Hanna Park & was absolutely beautiful! Congrats to you both!

I took a few pictures from before {2-3 weeks in} to now to show my results. I'm so excited with how i look and feel now. I just picked up my dress for the wedding and still have a few inches/pounds to lose before i can get it zipped. I will say when I tried on the dress which was a size bigger it barely zipped! Now this dress doesn't zip all the way but at least i can get it over my hips!

Hey y'all! It's been a while since the last time I blogged about my weight loss. Since my last weigh in about 3 weeks ago {I think} I lost another 7 pounds. It's taking this time much longer for the weight to come off but I'm definitely losing inches. I thought I plateaued when I hit 160 because I was there for about a week until i stepped on the scale on Thursday and saw I now weigh 155!!!!
I'm wearing jeans I haven't been able to wear in almost a year and now they are almost too big on me. My goal weight is 130 so only another 25 pounds to go.

It all started because my bestfriend of 25 years is getting married in June and I knew I had to do something to get back in good health and shape. Since going to the gym every night I have met the most awesome guy ever! Seriously he's not like anyone I've ever dated before. I actually went to high school with him until he graduated and we've been friends on facebook but I've never talked to him before. Strange! But the week before we started talking was his 27th birthday and I just happened to see him at the gym on a Monday and told him happy birthday. Since & head out to the beach. That weekend was amazing! He brought me flowers *swoon*, opened my car door *aghhh* & just had great conversations! Not only do I have A working out with me but now I have C and his bestfriend D! Lots of motivation for me which I love.

I've been super busy lately with my photog business as well! I need to post a few pictures from those sessions. I have a wedding I'm shooting at the beach on April 23. I'm so thankful that my bride trust me with shooting her special day! Am I nervous? Yes but it's going to be beautiful & lots of my friends will be attending the wedding. The weather here is gorgeous. Hoping for no rain in the forecast!

I'm so excited to say that I've lost 16 pounds in 1 month! holy smokes! I seriously didn't think I could do it. But with the help of AdvoCare and the encouragement from family and friends I'm well on my way to getting to my goal weight! I was the heaviest I've ever been in my life weighing 178 and when I stepped on that scale today at the gym i couldn't believe it read 162!!!!!!! I can't believe I just put my weight on my blog. oh well this is life and this is my blog! I shouldn't be ashamed since i'm trying to encourage those who read my blog that losing weight doesn't have to be a battle.

I started taking LeptiLean and MNS Max by AdvoCare a month ago. Yes those products work. Yes i'm a true testimony that they do work. Yes I work my butt off in the gym but I dont eat as much when taking those products.

My personal trainer & ex boyfriend advised me to get on the treadmill, bump up the incline to 15 and walk as fast as I can to where I can hold a conversation but have to catch my breath. Well I havent made it up to 15 yet but I do start out at 7 incline and every 2-3 minutes I bump the incline up .5 I stay on the treadmill anywhere from 20-30 minutes for the frist week then increase my time after that! I also walk 3.5 mph sometimes increasing to 3.6-3.7 Y'all i see results. And I wish I have a picture of me from start to finish. Maybe i'll take apicture soon and start documenting from there.

My gym partner/neighbor/best friend Amber has been going with me every night. She's such an encouragement to me. We're on our way to being skinny again like we were in high school! ha!!!

Amazing Products

Today was my first day of being on Advocare products. I took Leptilean this morning when I got to work to curve my morning hunger and then another one right before lunch so I wouldn't indulge when I came home on break. Immediately I could feel a difference. I had more energy to get through the day & I didn't feel hungry at all! I was really surprised because I've taken all kinds of different weight lose pills and never once have I felt a difference so fast than I did with Leptilean.

Let me fast forward to tonight. I went to the mall with J and her two little ones to eat dinner {Subway} and to Build A Bear for H. So i didn't get home until after 8 and I thought the gym was opened until midnight. Tonight was my first time back in the gym in almost 2 years! Yes I said two, TWO, 2 years! how insane is that. I've tried working out as in walking around my neighborhood a few times & I even received a bike for Christmas back in 2009. The bike has only been used a handful of times. It's definitely been neglected. But tonight I feel great. I know I'll be sore in the morning but it'll all be worth it! I want to be real on this blog. I want to show y'all that life is hard. I feel like all I do is blog about Haley & Ryne. But this year that all is going to change. Just like I'm recreating Me! So here's a picture of me AFTER the gym. AFTER all my makeup was gone from sweating.

...I'm watching everything that I eat, working out and on my way to being skinny again! A friend, Brittney, told me about Advocare a few months ago and I just hoped on board with her. Happy Valentine's Day!

My sweet little valentine helped me cook dinner tonight. Well, technically he sat in his highchair, ate goldfish, and watched my cook. How cute is he? Ryne lost all his paci's in my house Saturday so he was without them for almost a full day! When we finally found one they all started to appear! Hince the reason he has 4 right near him.

Haley gave me a sweet little valentine card with a Disney princess on it and when she gave it to me she said "close your eyes and i'll tell you when to open them. Happy Valentine's Day Enna!!!" Each time she gave someone a valentine she would say the same thing! It was the cutest!

Back in November I made a FBook fan page for my photography. I also held a lttle contest for the 100th fan to "like" my page. A friend of mine and her husband were the 100th fan and just booked the session with me this last week. We had a great time walking around San Marco and down the train tracks. Soon after we were on the tracks a train started coming our way. Little did we know the conductor called the station stating "someone was laying on the tracks" and the police came! It's comical now because if someone was laying on the tracks they would no longer be alive since the train already passed before the cops arrived. I love how these pictures turned out!

what I've been up to...

I've been sick for the last week! I'm sick and tired of being sick! I missed out on half a day on Monday and all day Tuesday at work. It was nice to get away but I have been in a funk since I've been back. The week has even gone by so slow! & now that my phone can no longer be sitting on my desk I feel like I don't even know who my "Internet" IRL friends are! I've spent WAY too much money at the dr and I'm on 5 different medicines! I just can't wait to be 100% better!

I'm excited to host my cousins birthday party at my house this weekend! My new deck is being put to good use! My aunt even hired me to take pictures at the party!I've booked a newborn shoot sometime in February when the baby decides to make a grand entrance and a wedding in April! The last few months I've even taken pictures of a local high school girls soccer team who are now the district state champions! How exciting!!!

I still have yet to post pictures on my blog from our family Disney trip back in November {it was november right} and our cruise that we took in January! Which I was sick on as well! I really should blog more often! But since I can't afford Internet, I can only blog from my iPhone which is a pain in the rear! I'm actually surprised I had this much to write! Well not really there's so much more to write I just can't right now! Or ever! Oh well! Maybe I'll be back soon to blog my cruise and Disney trip! Maybe not!

Grants Sneak Peek

I had the honor of taking Grant's 6 months pictures this weekend. He's such a chunky little boy. Every time I see him I just want to eat those cheeks. You'll see why! I can't believe Grant is already 6 months old. I met him when he was only 2 months. Not too much longer before I'll be taking his 1 year old pictures. Time just really needs to slow down.

Date night & More

Last night I had the privilege of taking my favorite 4 year old on a date. We ended up at Build A Bear and Chic Fil A for ice-cream. Seeing the joy on Haley's face makes my heart skip a beat. She told me she had the best day.

See earlier in the day her mommy {my sister} took her to the big library to pick out books. Usually when she goes to her schools library she can only pick out the books that are on the cart. Haley came home with more than 5 books. She loved being able to walk through the library and pick out which books she wanted! She even reminded me that Brother {Ryne} has to stay with someone because you have to be quite and he doesn't understand that yet.

I love walking in the house after being at work all day. I'm greeted by two very excited kids who I adore. I hear a sweet voice say "hellllllooooo" and when Haley saw it was me she runs to give me a hug and ask if I'm done working for the day. Now Ryne has caught on to what Haley does and he runs over to hug my leg! Talk about melting my heart! I have never loved like I love Haley & Ryne.

Monday I turned 25!!

It should've been a fun day but around 11 in the morning I get a text that could have potentially degraded me or made me lose my morals. Which in turn resulted in Hank breaking up with me. WOW!!! Who would've thought. But all my friends knew how to turn what could've been a devastating day around. I'm so thankful for those in my life. My bestfriend- Molly- who I've known since we were in the nursey together at church took me out for my birthday. Our kind of fun was sitting at a sushi restaurant just chatting away. She even made me brownies.

Here is a list of things I thought would happen before I was 25:

- I've always wanted to be married by the time I was 23.
- Knew I'd have at least 1 baby
- Buy a house
- Own my car

God seriously has different plans for me. I guess I'm just trying to rush my life. I need to have fun with my girl friends even though most of them are married. I just found out another friend got engaged tonight. And although I'm extremely happy for her deep down inside I hurt because I want that. I know that sounds extremely selfish but it's not meant to be that way. My time will come & only God knows when. All I can do is continue to pray for my husband.

Saturday evening, I was sitting on the back patio at Hanks dads house talking with Amber and Grant. I had no idea that when I unstacked the chairs there was a frog sitting in the corner of the chair I was about to sit on. After about 30 minutes of sitting there I got up to only see the frog sitting on the edge camouflaged with the chair! I started jumping up and down wiping every inch of my body! If any one knows me well enough knows I hate frogs-lizards-snakes- with a passion!!! I did get an awesome picture of him though!

I come home for lunch everyday since I work less than a mile from where I live. Today though Haley stayed home from school because she's been throwing up. I walked into my sister's room where Haley was watching the Barenstain Bears when she told me, "I have a hug & a kiss for you Enna." Talk about my heart melting! I just love her so much. So she stands on the bed to walk over to me and gives me the sweetest hug ever. Then she kissed me on one cheek, then the other, then I told her my chin needed a kiss and so did my forehead! She kissed me 4 times and told me she loved me! I hope she never grows out of this stage she's in.

Blogger Meeting

On Wednesday I was able to meet Lucie. I've been reading her blog for about 2 years now and have talked to her via twitter. We ended up at a nail salon where it all went down hill! In a good/bad way!

We walked in, told the guy we both wanted a pedicure and picked out our color. Then all of a sudden Lucie dropped the nail polish and it splattered on the tile floor! She profusely apologized for dropping the bottle and no one in the salon even said anything to either of us!

So we ended up getting to our pedicure chairs, chatted for about 45 minutes then allowed our toes to dry!

When the ladies brought over our bills, Lucie's was $8 more than mine! Apparently the owner of the nail salon charged Lucie for the bottle of polish she broke! But $8!!! Really? Come on she's been going to this nail salon for over 2 years faithfully and you're going to charge her for a half empty bottle of polish! Oh man! We ended up talking to "Joe" about why he didn't inform her of this extra $8 charge to her credit card and he stated he could've charged her for the clean up! Then, he throws our the racist card! Well Americans have a "you break you buy" policy! What the heck! Really Joe! So I start getting mad and inform him he just lost two customers all the while theres other customers sitting in the chairs getting maincures! Ive never had such a bad experience in a nail salon. But meeting Lucie was such a blast.

I can't wait to get together with her again! I just hope we don't continue to have bad service.

We had a blast! Haley loved the pumpkin carriage. She felt like Cinderella!!!And Ryne just loved the hay and all the pumpkins! I'm hoping to go to a corn maze in Hilliard thi year. I just found out we even have such a thing! Who knew and I've lived here my entire life!

For some reaon this little guy makes me laugh! Maybe because the oldest guy that work with me drew this face. Mr. Leon tells me, " Good morning my lady" every morning! He's such a sweet guy and reminds me s much of my granddaddy! I didn't take a pictere of the latest face he drew but it's a smiley face with the sad face looking over at him!

I had a rough morning last Friday and one of the coordinators drew this guy for me! I do a lot of stuff at work and I feel like sometimes I'm not thanked for my hardwork! So whenever I feel down I just look over and remember the day I received this!

Who wouldn't want to be? I love this!!!

Lately I've noticed my car having a hard time starting. So this morning when I was ready to leave for work my car just wouldn't start! I thought maybe I ran out of gas but then I remembered that I always look at my gas gauge because I'm so afraid of running out of gas! So I knew I had more than half a tank! Then it hit me! Like a ton of bricks! No really not bricks but it did hit me that when I went to the Michael Buble concert the guys who jumped my car due to me being so excited to MB that they warned me my battery would soon start to die!

Just when I get my car paid off, buy a house, and have all these extra bills, something would happen to my car! I had a dead battery! I know it could be a lot worse than a battery but for someone who is trying to get all my bills in order really didn't want to worry about this! I called the only number in my phone who I knew could help me jump my car and He came to the rescue! I actually work with John so it worked out.

As soon as I was back on the road to work I had this feeling that when it wa time for lunch my car wouldn't start. Luckily, we have a maintance shop when my old manager's husband works so he was able to order me a battery for cheap! Well cheaper than auto stores. After John jumped my car again I was on my way to get my new battery installed. {Is that what its called}

Anyways, a a joke my manager wrote me up since I was ate for work! The excuse says it all here! I'm just thankful that I love my job and get along wit most of everyone I work with!

In November my family is going to Disney World.

This will be Haley's 2nd time going and Ryne's first.

I just hope this year Haley isn't afraid of the characters like she was the first time.

I wish I had the pictures on Jamie's laptop to show y'all how afraid she was!

So tonight Jamie and I helped Haley {or should I say Jamie and I made} a countdown for when we head to Disney!

We're already fighting who gets to pull the chain off each morning!

I'm sure a certain little girl will get to do it everyday!

I can't wait to get on the teacups while Haley can't wait to ride the merri-go-round!

Jamie loves splash mountain and my mom loves It's a small world!

Monday night Ryne decided to take 11 steps across my kitchen! He's been taking a few steps at a ime before then but nothing like 11 steps! We are so proud of him! Now he's really about to start getting into E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G!
The 30th, Little Man turned 10 months old! He really needs to slow down because I don't think I can handle him growing up anymore.

Thursday Haley called me "Jenna". Ever since she's been able to talk I've always been "Enna". I think she hears Jamie calling me by my name and picked it up! I had to have a heart to heart with her to make sure she knew my name is not "Jenna". So for the rest of the night I was her "Enna" again! :)

House Warming Party

I know I'm 3 weeks late posting this but I've been absolutely busy lately. I closed on my house August 19 and got completely lost going to closing. What a nightmare~!!!! Then I took the wrong amount of money to the cloing table so the lady at the title company was a big ole jerk about be bringing more money! She held my house keys hostage! WHAT!!!! I mean its not like you don't know where I just bought a house at!

So before I moved in I went ahead and painted all the rooms! After 2.5 weeks of painting, peeling wall paper, cleaning, building my new closet, buying all new fans and blinds I was ready to move in! There's still a little bit of trim I need to paint but I have 30 years to get to it! I ruined 3 pairs of yoga pants and endless numbers of shirts because I'm a messy painter. So if you happen to see a sale on t-shirts and yoga pants feel free to buy them for me and/or let me know!

Anyways, I had my house warming party two weeks ago and felt so blessed by everyone who came. I ended up getting a bunch of cleaning supplies,dishes, skillet, gift cards to Publix, Big Lots, Home Depot, Lowes, Bed Bath and Beyond, flash light and batteries, flowers and a number of toiletries! Now I just need to finish writing my thank you cards! Volunteers are very welcomed!

I've already had a slumber party with my bestfriend I've known since diapers! And she's staying again this weekend! I love owning my own house!~ Well, except for the fact I have bills upon bills upon bills. My JEA bill was definetly lower than I thought it would be! That was a blessing in disguise.

Also, another good thing about living on my own is that I'm not eating my mom's home cooking so I'm losing weight! A few people have already noticed!!! Now if I can only get back to the size I was in high school I'd be one happy girl!

An Amazing Day!

Friday night I had one of my bestfriends {Molly} stay the night with me. It was her first time seeing my house since she wasn't able to come to my housewarming party the weekend before. We went out to dinner, rented a few Redbox movies and came back to my house. After the first movie we decided we wanted to bake cookies. I wish I has taken a picture of these cookies! They were bigger than the size of my palm. So we decided to walk next door and give 6 cookies to the soon to be mommy and daddy. Amber was having lots of contractions so when we arrived she was in the bath! Ever since Amber asked me to be a part of Avery's birth I begged her to call or text me the minute they were on the way to the hospital. Well, it didn't work out in my favor....

I ended up leaving work on Friday early so that I could go in on Saturday for a few hours. I ended up not even making into work because Amber was dilating so fast. I hope that when it's my turn to have a baby that my labor and delivery goes as smooth as Amber's.

When I arrived Amber was doing fine. She had an oxygen mask on because Avery's heartbeat wa slowing down. Since Amber was dilating so fast her epidural couldn't keep up with her. She ended up having to move the epidural except it didn't go into effect while she was about to push.

I remember being by Amber's head helping her to remember that soon se would have Avery and this whole painful experience would be behind her. At one point I thought I would pass out. But I kept my cool and continued to take pictures and be there for Amber. At 12:03 Avery was born weighing 7.1 lbs and 20 inches long! She's absolutely gorgeous! I'm so glad I was to watch Amber deliver her and capture so many memories.

Thank God I'm their neighbor because I've had my Avery fix just about every day since she's been home. I just hope I don't ruin my welcome at their house! :)

Owning a house is a lot of work! I've finally finished painting {well except the trim in the hallway} and my house warming party is this Saturday. I can't wait for friends and family to stop by to see my new house.

Today, after work Jamie, Haley, Ryne and myself took pictures for my foyer. I absolutely love these pictures my mom took tonight.

I'm stealing internet from my neighbors house {she does know and has offered it to me} but soon I'll be back to blogging and posting pictures of my finished house!

Today we celebrated Khloe

Everyone came over to celebrate this big day!

This was Ryne's first time celebrating with them and he had a great time!

We sang Happy Birthday, then had cupcakes and ice cream! K&L didn't get a cupcake but they sure loved the scoop of ice cream my mom gave them.

Little man is showing off his new talent! Drinking out of a sippy cup! He's 8 months old y'all! {Ryne please slow down and enjoy life}

Ryne didn't mind the hat but Big Sister Haley did not want him wearing it!

Every time Haley comes over now she likes to have a piggy back ride back out to the car!

It never fails! or we act like we're in a marching band.

I think I found the color shingle{s} I'll be using for my roof.

Ignore the gold plate at the bottom of the door I'm not crazy about it. Most likely coming off when I get the keys.

I love the porch on this house because of the arches . You can barely see if because of the shrubs. Luckily one of my brothers has a lawn business and can help me maintain the shrubs as well as the yard. Oh and I only have to pay him in double cheeseburgers from McDonalds. {ha}

Tonight the family went swimming!

Who knew that going to Lowe's

& Home Depot would be so stressful!

My new house has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms that need paint! I felt like the paint world was taking over me! I had no idea what color to choose for my living room much less my bedroom!

As for the ceiling fans- Wow- where do I start? I'll take the cheapest one thank you very much! {kidding} I found a few i liked but wasn't crazy over.

I tried to look for a light to go over my kitchen sink.... I doubt I would choose any of those.

Now these! These are the blinds I WANT!

Now onto the refrigerators I know I don't want stainless steel since I'll have H&R living with me.I wouldn't want tiny finger prints all over the front of the doors. So i think I'll stick with the black side by side one.

I don't think my house has a mailbox or not and judging by the picture below I don't see one. Which one do you like?

I think it's time to bring in my sister who has a degree in interior design. Good thing that she's coming to live with me! Free advice!!!

This picture is for all the girls who helped Amber with the garage sale a few weeks ago. I had an 80 year old lady come to me and wanted to buy 4 of these double light switch covers. She wanted to give me .50 for all 4 packs but when I asked her for .50 each she told me she could buy ALL of them brand new for .50. Well she's wrong they were .44 EACH at Home Depot. That lady really did rip me off even though it was a garage sale!

Ashley is one happy new mommy.

Let me introduce you to the sweetest new puppy around. His name is Coal!

He gives the best puppy kisses. Cuddles like no other. Hops in the grass. Is worn out after 5 minutes outside. Has the cutest little face with a white goatee. Also has a spot on his back paw that is white. And a white spot on his chest. He's all around so handsome!

Cupcakes In A Jar

I had a few people ask me how I made these! It's simple & fun. First I went to Wal-Mart and bought 24 mason jars- cleaned them out- and left them to dry. {Like this}

Then I started mixing the cakes batter together- measured out a cup of batter into 4 or 5 different bowls- then put food coloring on them to give it the vibrant colors. {sorry no picture here} Filled 2 cupcake pans {24 slots} full without the wrappers and baked them.

Next, I started making the homemade icing. I got the recipe here and its absolutely to die for! Except I only add 1 stick of butter and 8 ounces of cream cheese in the icing.

After the cupcakes cooled off I cut them in half- added a layer of icing in the jar-topped with half a cupcake-more icing- then the top of the cupcake- and added -yes- MORE icing!

My mom helped me close each jar then held the jars while I added the cute little ribbons. Put them all in a basket and it's a cute little gift for everyone to take home with them.

Saturday, my little cousin Chelsey turned 16!!!!!! I remember when she was just a newborn and now she's a beautiful young lady living her life for Christ. Her parents gave her a Sweet 16 because every 16 year old needs a party. AND a deejay! Her birthday was actually in June but all {or most} of her friends were going on our church's mission trip to Argentina.

How darling is this cake? One of my 2nd cousins {I think that what she is} made this!

I made these super cute Cupcakes in a Jar that I found on another blog which were a HUGE hit

I'm am excited about Avery's arrival I can hardly contain my joy! Although you can't tell in this picture because it's 115 degrees outside & miserable. I don't know how Amber even stands to come out in this heat while she's pregnant.

We had the shower at our friend Ashley's house and filled her entire living room- ehh- house with friends who absolutely adore Amber & Kris & now Avery.

Amber's mom is making this scrap book for Avery and after this picture everyone signed the page so she knows how loved she is even when mommy & daddy oput her in time out for sneaking out of the house! Luckily I bought the house right next door so I'll be the "aunt" who keeps secrets away from mommy & daddy when Avery wants to sneak out of the house! {i kid, i kid A & K}

Weekend Recap

This past weekend was C-R-A-Z-Y!

Friday night started off with driving an hour away to pick up H & R from visiting with friends on the lake for the day.

Then I helped Amber get ready for the garage sale on Saturday.

Satruday: I woke up at 5:45, drove around the corner to start setting up the tables & tent for what would turn out to be the hottest day in FLORIDA. I mean it wasn't even 6:30 yet and we were all sweating.

8:30 a.m. we finally had our first garage salers-- is that what their called? Anyways we didn't make as much money as we hoped for but thankful for the little we did make.

2:20p.m. we took down all the tables and items we we're going to give to goodwill then drove as fast as we could to our friend Ashley's house to jump in her pool! I was the first to arrive and couldn't wait any longer to cool off because I seriously thought I was going to have a heat stroke.

6:45 p.m. - 9:05 a.m. is a complete blur! I do know I came home, fell asleep on the couch, was woken up by my mom telling me to go to bed.

Sunday:

9:50 a.m. I always have a solo cup filled with crushed ice and water before I walk out the door. Well I guess I was still exhausted from the heat that I turned around and dropped it out of my hand. I guess I didn't think anything was in my hand and I let it slip out! luckily it wasn't sweet tea so the mess wasn't too bad to clean up! In the midst of cleaning up the ice and water I ran into our bar stool and have a huge bruise on my thigh!

10:15 a.m. Made it to church without any accidents!

12:00 p.m. Realized I broke my favorite paid of sunglasses because I just throw them in my purse! Ughhh

7:30 p.m. Received a text from my sweet friend Maria asking me what I had planned for that night! Little did I know she had an extra ticket to see Michael Buble in concert that started at 8 p.m.

11:00 p.m. Walked out of the concert to it raining and of course all THREE of my umbrellas are in my car! What good are they doing there?

11:07 p.m. I noticed the lights to my car were on and just thought that because I was using my keyless entry the lights somehow turned on {I've had my car going on 5 years now and this has never happened}

We both get in the car, put our seat belts on , put the key in the ignition and the car doesn't turn over! {I guess thats what its called}

So out in the rain we go again asking random people if they have jumper cables! The first truck I went to the girlfriend was staring me down! All I needed/wanted was help! Not her man!

Thankfully there was two cars parked in front of me and the people had yet to make it in their cars yet! I asked if they could help and sure enough they did! {yes there's still nice people in our world}

I made it home around 11:30 without any problems!

Monday:

12:00 p.m. I signed away my first born, right arm and future husband today! All my load papers are filled out and ready to go! Now I'm waiting on Wednesday to get my home inspection and WDO complete. After that I should be moved in around August 23.

Game Night

It seems like the older I get fun is still be had by all! Last night I went over to a friends house to have game night and eat dinner! Amber and her husband Kris had a few of us get together last night since Amber is 6 months pregnant and has kidney stones which causes her to not want to do anything after work but lay down! {sorry for such a long sentence}I don't blame her. But she's still stunning as her baby bump grows!

I can't wait to meet baby Avery in just a few short months and take her newborn pictures.

We started the night by eating Shepard's Pie or as Richard would say " German Shepard Pie"

The picky one out of us all!

The we moved on to play Apple to Apples. If you have never played this game you are missing out! Well we missed out on the real way to play for the first 2 hours.

Then someone had a bright idea to switch up the cards and play the opposite way since the green cards were running out so fast.

Then Donavan read the box and indeed it said, "pass out 7 RED cards to each player then one person picks a GREEN card to read aloud. Pick a RED card you would think best belongs with the GREEN card." {or something of that sort}

Needless to say laughs were had by many!

Of course I brought over the electric ice cream maker and had what tasted like chocolate frosty's from Wendys. Sorry Dave Thomas, but I know your secret recipe for making the most delicious Frosty ever!!!

Then the ladies talked about buying houses {which if you follow me on Twitter or FB you'll know I'm looking to buy a house so my sister & her 2 babies can live with me}.

Next thing we know its after midnight and I still had to drive around the corner to go home. I wasn't sure I was going to make it since its just a long way away. I'll have you know that I made it within 15 seconds and was in bed 10 minutes later!

This Fathers Day started off with the family at church.

All of us {the 10 of us} gave Dad a new grill!

He tried to clean the old one yesterday to prepare for today when he found out the bottom has rusted out and was only going to collapse on the next use.

Then we headed home to make these bad boys!

Which led to making homemade chocolate ice cream!

At first the motor didn't want to cooperate but thankfully dad was there with his knife to give the motor a little stab to get going.

After lunch and ice cream Haley wanted us to watch her new favorite movie Enchanted. Which caused most of us to take a nap. Although if I didn't fall asleep I'm sure it was really cute. There's more Enchanted in the future i just know! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend celebrating your Dad!

One of my best friends, Ashley, married her soulmate, Donavan, who happens to live across the street from me. When I first moved into the neighborhood 8 years ago, Donavan actually wanted to take me on a date. Little did he know, my dad made him fill out a "date my daughter application". After 20 questions- he failed! Needless to say Ashley married him and I did not. He's absolutely perfect for Ashley and brings out the best in her. She's moving out to Texas with him in August so he can finish up school.

Madelyn Rose was born on May 24 at 12:08 p.m. weighing 6 lbs 11 oz.. & 20 inches long I asked Kristen if she's even been able to hold Madelyn and of course she said that Nana has been taking over. My weekend started out something like this:

I went to the Jags game on Thursday night and where we park we have to run across the Expressway. Well we made it all the way across and had to run across another lane that merges and I fell off the curb (median)!!! Needless to say I fractured my ankle, scuffed my new seude boots, skinned my knees and palms and also ripped my leggings!!!!

Jamie, Joe, Haley & Ryne were in town this weekend so I was able to see my sweet nephew again! This is Ryne who is about to go Christmas shopping for the first time! Can't you see his excitement!!

Here is Katie- the best friend a girl could possibly ask for- who pushed me around the Avenues mall on the Saturday before Christmas! I had yet to start my Christmas shopping! Saturday night I had Christmas with my two best friends- Molly & Katie- at Outback. Don't mind my death look! I have been sick all weekend with a cold. I've been pretty miserable considering I can barely breathe and walk.

***update : November 30- 10:45 a.m.
Jamie and Ryne are both doing great!
A little about Jamies labor.... When Joe and Jamie arrived at the hospital at 12:15 a.m. the nurses were able to get Jamie in a gown before she felt like she needed to go to the bathroom. What she was feeling was Rynes' head coming through the birth canal. Around 1:05a.m. my mom and I saw a doctor walking super fast back to where Jamie was. The nurses kept telling Jamie not to push because as soon as the doctor walked in the room she was going to have that baby. There was no time for an epidural (wow!!) so at 1:09 a.m. Ryne Joseph was born!!!!

I received a text from Joe at 1:15 saying,"he's here!" and my mom and I just looked at each other thinking Joe was lying! The next thing we hear was a lullaby meaning a baby was born!!!!

*****Update*****

Ryne Joseph was born at 1:09 am weighing 7 lbs 10 ounces And 20.5 inches long with a head full of black hair!!! We've only been waiting for less than an hour!!!!

I got a text at 11:11 pm on November 29 saying, "my water broke"!!!! We- my mom, Jamie, Joe and myself-made it to the hospital at 12:15.
So far Jamie is almost 5 cm dilated! The nurses won't allow my mom and I in the back so we're sitting in the waiting room playing the waiting game. Hopefully not too much longer and we'll have a screaming baby boy in our arms!

Jamie is scheduled for a stress test Monday November 30 andthen her induction date is december 1 at 6:45 am! I'm still hoping that Ryne will come before then but if not then I'm getting a great birthday gift consideing my birthday is December 6!!!!

Yes we're still waiting on the arrival of my nephew Ryne! Jamie has a check up today at 1:45 so please pray that she will go in labor today or tomorrow! I'm thinking he'll arrive tomorrow when it's time to eat Thanksgiving lunch.

Ryne Joseph still has not wanted to say hello to any of us yet!!! Jamie had a
check up wednesday and she's only 2 cm dialated and 70% effaced!

I predict he'll make his debut on Sunday November 22!!! Who knows maybe he'll come on Thanksgiving day.

Please pray for Jamie as she's becoming very uncomfortable!! Also pray for a fast and easy delivery!

A Baby "Sprinkle"

Saturday I was the hostess (along with her mother in law) for my sisters baby "sprinkle" at my parents house. We had about 20 friends and family show up! I didn't take many pictures because I was busy getting games together, making sure the food was cooked, and greeting most of everyone at the door. My neighbor, Suzy, made the cutest cake ever!!! This cake was a white chocolate cheesecake with sour cream and raspberry inside!!! I'll just say it tasted a little like Heaven!

My soon to be sister in law gave this darling basket filled with diapers monogrammed for Jamie as her gift! How adorable is this??

I think I failed to mention that Jamie's due date has been moved up to November 22!! Which makes me that much more excited to meet Ryne!!

This is Jamie with her 2 closest friends (Megan & Lindsey) she's known since probably the nursery at church. You may remember Lindsey who I was you to pray for when her son Chandler was born and had to go to the NICU. Well look how chunky Chandler is now!

Today I got an email for the MckCruise I'm taking in January!!! There's 25 of us going with 2 kids! I think I counted right? But Its been amazing interacting back and forth with the ladies and men who are going on this cruise! I'm getting that much more excited to cruise with them everyday! And today just proved how awesome this cruise will be! Don't worry for those of who you couldn't come I'll be sure to take lots of pictures! We only have 84 days and counting til we set sail!!!

With the cruise springing upon me I just realized that in less than a month my nephew Ryne will be here!!!! I can't believe how fast my sister's pregnancy went this time around! When she was pregnant with Haley is seemed like forever before I got to meet/hold her. This coming Saturday I'm hosting a baby "sprinkle" with her mother-in-law and I have a friend making the cake! (pictures to come of the cake) I can't wait to have a nephew! It makes me so giddy inside!

And speaking of Haley if you follow me on Twitter (jennadk since I'm completely private unless I confirm you) you will have already read this but she called last night to speak to my mom (Gammy). This is how my conversation went with her:

Me: Hello

Haley: Enna I just want to talk to Gammy!!!!

Me: Ok well I guess I'll talk to you later!

Wow well I guess she can just talk to me on Saturday during the "sprinkle"! Isn't it so funny what little kids say!

For the last 5 days I have tried to enter my c.c. number onto my itunes store to update my information. Well apparently itunes won't accept my new information but has held $1.00 out of my bank account. Tonight I decided to call itunes support to get you know support to why this is happening. I would really love to buy new music and a few games for my iPhone but looks like itunes isn't having that!

Here's how the automated call went:

Support: Hi, Thank you for calling Apple support line. Do you have a case number?

Me: No

Support: I'm sorry I didn't understand you. Do you have a case number?

Me: No

Support: Ok please tell me what problem you are calling for.

Me: Itunes

Support: I'm sorry I'm looking for a product like iMac, G3s, iPod Nano...etc if none please say "none"

Me: none

Support: I'm sorry I can't help you since you do not have an iMac computer please visit www.apple.com/support/itunes

Me: No!!!! I've looked and I can't find my answer

So I guess I need to invest in an iMac laptop so Apple will be able to help me with all my needs! Looks like I'll put that on my birthday/Christmas list this year!!!

October 17-24: Parents in the mountains meaning I'm watching the house along with 2 dogs and a cat plus my brothers 2 dogs.
October 31: Jamie's baby "sprinkle" to welcome Ryne
November 21:My friend Geneva is marrying her bestfriend Kyle
November 26: Thanksgiving and my nephew Ryne Joseph's due date unless he decides to come early.
December 6: My 24th birthday!!!

Josh and Ashley are engaged!

My brother Josh proposed to Ashley on her 21st birthday! It was so sweet! He threw her a 21st party at his house and asked me to help make a "bank" cake and record him saying sweet things about Ashley. So on August 23 Josh skipped church to help me decorate the cake while Ashley was visiting her family in Tampa. After 5 hours in the kitchen and a very messy kitchen at that we were finally done! I don't have pictures at the moment because Ashley has my SD card to get pictures printed but once I get it back I'll update this post with pictures.

So Josh asked me to go to his house so I can record him talking about her and I had no clue at the moment he was asking her to marry him. I was in complete shock.

Monday came and I was able to get off work early to decorate his house before everyone showed up. Her parents were there as well as mine, my grandma, aunt, cousins, her "aunt" and "uncle" and their kids and her cousin. It came time to bring out the "bank" cake and she loved it! I have the best picture of her seeing it for the first time. I can't wait to show y'all. Then it came....

I played the video I recorded just the day before and Josh proposed! She said "YES!!!!"

They want a very short engagement and were hoping for a November wedding but FBC,Jax makes you go though a 6-8 week engagement class plus other things on top of that which would push the wedding into Feb.2010.

We went dress shopping this past Sunday and she picked out the most beautiful dress ever. We also got out bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses. She asked me and well as her sister-in-law Nicole to be her bridesmaids and Haley and her niece Faith to be the flower girls! I cant wait to help her plan this wedding.

I'm so excited for both of them and can't wait until they start their life together as one!

26.2 training

Who would've ever thought I would run a marathon. Well I'm not there yet but I am training for the 26.2 with Donna Deegan to fight breast cancer. The marathon isn't until February 2010 but it's going to be a lot of training! I'm not a runner although I used to run with 2 friends every night 1.3 miles but I stopped a while ago. Maybe 2 summers ago! This all started when a guy I used to work with asked me if I would do this marathon with him and I couldn't turn him down. Besides I want/need to get in shape.

Today I started tracking everything I eat and my exercises. I'm allowed to eat 1,015 calories a day and only have eaten 850 calories. I also ran/walked 1.1 miles in 15 minutes! Ok I understand thats not the greatest but its a start.

Tomorrow I plan on waking up at 6 to go on a 30 minute bike ride since tomorrow night will be busy. We'll see how that works out for me. I do have a very good accountability partner-Doug- who has asked me what I ate for lunch and dinner and also made sure I started running/walking tonight. He also has told me that he will make sure I'm up in the morning for my bike ride! he works crazy hours at a radio station here in Florida so he'll already be awake!

I'm super excited about this marathon and the changes that will happen with my body! The only thing that will get in the way of this marathon is my 7 night cruise with my mom and other bloggers going on the MckCruise! But there's a track on the ship so I have no excuse not to keep training while away!

Time to confess everything I have not done recently. This is a way to relive what I did not do in the last few weeks since I haven't blogged in about 3 weeks if not more.

I did not have to sign a policy at work that I will not get on the internet for "personal" reasons. Which means no more Facebook, Blogger, Twitter, Gmail, Target.com, Amazon,com...you get the gist! Yes, life at work goes by so slow!

Since signing said policy my manager did not teach me to crochet! I'm making a blanket for when I do infant photo shoots. My first infant photo shoot will be of my new nephew in November.

I'm sure most of you saw the post about Haley becoming a big sister right! Well my sister Jamie and her husband Joe are having a BOY! They already have his name picked out too! Ryne Joseph and I can't wait to meet him.

Since learning of becoming an aunt to a little boy I have not bought a ton of cute outfits for him! Nope! Not me!

Today I should be getting my new iPhone in the mail! I got it since I'm no longer able to search the internet during the day. Speaking of new phones... AT&T ported my number before I got my phone on Friday so when I tried to use my phone it would not dial out! So I have been without a phone for 2 days and I'm actually not going crazy. Seriously! It's been nice taking a break from my phone but I'm excited that I can use all the apps on the iPhone like Lose-it!

I started the 30 Day Shred with my mom on Monday last week and we made it to day 3. We had my niece on Thursday so we didn't get to work out. But within 3 days I could tell a difference in my jeans.

Also on Thursday my mom and I packed up the dogs and Haley to spend the night at her clients out in Ponte Vedra. It's one of their houses that they are never at plus my mom had to find the ladies check book she left behind. So once we made it the house we put our swim suits on and jumped in the pool! Then watched The Lion King in their home theater.

First Wedding Shoot

Yesterday I had the opportunity to photo shoot my first wedding. Not sure if I would want to continue photo shooting weddings with the way this wedding turned out. I arrived on location at 3:30, the wedding was supposed to start at 5:00. When I walked into the church nothing was setup! I was in shock. The bride did not show up until 4:15 then had to leave because the flower girl didn't have a dress. When she arrived back at the church it was 4:45 and she wasn't even ready yet! YIKES! I ended up letting everyone know when to walk into the church, when the minister was to go in front of the church, helped the bride get ready and round up her father from smoking the food to get dressed! I felt more like the wedding planner/coordinator than the photographer. It was so hot (heat index of 105-110 degrees) that the bride ended up not wanting a lot of shots outside. I did get a few good ones though if you ask me!

Not Me! Monday

It's time to confess what I did not do for the last 3 weeks. Yes I'm aware I have not posted since the beginning of June but I've had a lot going on. So here's to my confessing!

I did not get asked if I wanted a promotion at work. My VP couldn't even tell me what my raise will be. If I do indeed take this position I won't start until October or November. This position is a lot closer to home so I will not be saving money on fuel. I should know at the end of June what this job pays. So it's a wait and see game. I'm interested if only the pay is right!

I did not take Haley to Chuck E Cheese by myself on Saturday night. That would just be too insane for one person to do. I didn't take my eyes off her for even one second. I think she could tell I was nervous and was the sweetest angel ever!

I also did not stay in my pj's until 5:30 Sunday night. That would be mean I'm too lazy to get ready for the day. I also did not get ready just to go to the store to buy apple sauce and sour cream to make apple bread. I'm really not that lazy I just wanted a weekend to relax like I've had the past 3 weeks!

I also am not scared of my first wedding I'm shooting on Saturday. I hope I get the perfect pictures and they all turn out wonderful!

Shutterfly did not offer me a free 8x8 album to make! I had 20 pages to make and it is just the cutest book ever! I'm sure you can guess who the book is all about! :)

I live in the Sunshine State and for the past 3 days I have not seen the sun! What the heck. Ok I know we really need all this rain but it's put a big damper on a lot of things. Well not really it's just aggravating getting ready for work to only find out that no work is being done by the technicans and I have to reschedule all those appointments. I thank God everyday for my job but goodness grief these customers get ticked off at me because we can't service their yard or do pest control.

I started working out on Monday! I mean really working out. Like 1 1/2 hours in the gym working out. I'm completely sore today everywhere but I'm feeling great. My chest started to hurt really bad last night and I thought I was having a heart attack. But I'm fine! Ha!

- I was always told I was adopted but if you saw a picture of my sister and I you would think we were twins.

- We all are very close to each other.

- I got my belly button pierced when I was a Junior in high school. I asked my parents many times if I could get it pierced and they continued to tell me "No" so a friend at the time let me borrow her ID. No one in my family knew I had it pierced until it was summertime and we went to our condo.

It's time for free therapy! Laugh at what really did not happen this week to me!

I have not been completely exhausted since I've been going to bed at 9:30 every night. I do not toss and turn all night for no reason. It's so cold in Florida and I can't get comfortable. I would certainly not wake up every morning still tired and have not been able to function at work at all. Speaking of functioning at work, I have not tuned out all my co-workers AND manager every time they speak to me. I swear (except I don't) that I'm a good employee and really should get a raise with all the hard work I've done recently. Nope! Not Me...

Speaking of hard work I have not sold a bunch of pest controls this past week that I made about $25 extra on my last pay check. Hey it's better than nothing right!

I did not just book my FIRST photo session for this Saturday! AHHH I'm so excited and can't wait to meet this engaged couple. The engaged couple is friends with my mom and I was also hired to photograph their wedding in June! I not excited can you tell? Nope! Not Me...

I would never take a half day on Friday with spend it with Haley! She was not good and wouldn't let me get my work done. We watched 2 hours of The Wiggles, finger painted, and played on my work computer. Haley said something like she was trying to fix my computer. To my knowledge I wasn't aware anything was wrong with it. HA

On Mother's Day all of us kids made dinner for my mom. After dinner we went fishing in Josh's lake and I did not think I was catching the BIGGEST bass in the lake that day. When I reeled in my line I found out I caught a branch. Seriously y'all the branch was fighting me and I thought it really was the BIGGEST fish.... Nope! Not Me...

After 6 long weeks of not posting a Not Me Monday posts because MckMama was in the hospital with Stellan, it's finally back. And I'm here to tell about what did not happen to me.

I did not receive my catalog for the cruise I'm taking in January with my mom and about 60 closest friends included MckMama! I'm not excited about it at all and I'm not wishing I was sailing the blue seas now. Nope! Not Me...

I have not had multiple migraines in the past few months. I have no idea what is causing these migraines to come and go but I've had enough of them. Nope! Not Me...

Cayson did not turn 1 on May 1st and Tabitha did not have a pirate party for him on Sunday. He was not the cutest one year old I've seen in a while! Here's proof...

See I told you! And Tabitha's cousin did not make the cutest cake EVER!

I did not order Photoshop from Amazon on Monday and get it in the mail on Wednesday! I'm not excited about learning how to use all the features it has! I do not plan on starting my own photography business so there was no reason to have spent the money on it! Nope! Not Me!
